We automatically collect usage data including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and feature usage patterns. This data helps us improve the service and diagnose issues.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the BlockNinja service. Specifically:

  • To operate your CMS instance and serve your websites
  • To process your requests and provide customer support
  • To send service-related communications (security alerts, billing, feature updates)
  • To analyse usage patterns and improve the platform
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents

Data Storage and Security

Your content is stored in isolated databases: each CMS instance has its own database that is not shared with other customers. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest for sensitive data including credentials and API keys.

Backups are performed daily and retained for 30 days. You can export your content at any time through the admin panel or API.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for infrastructure (hosting, DNS, SSL certificates) and may use analytics tools to understand usage patterns. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

If you enable AI content tools, text you submit for processing is sent to third-party AI providers. This text is not used to train AI models and is not retained after processing.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

Your Rights

You can access, update, or delete your account information at any time through the admin panel. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data and content within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
