Service Description

BlockNinja is a managed content management system provided as a software-as-a-service platform. We provide hosted CMS instances that you use to build and manage websites.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

Acceptable Use

You may not use BlockNinja to:

  • Host or distribute illegal content
  • Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam)
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
  • Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure
  • Resell access to the platform without a written agreement

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create using BlockNinja. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and serve your content as necessary to operate the service.

Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

BlockNinja is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your content before it is deleted.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.
